I’m Kristina Maslać, illustrator and graphic designer based in Zagreb, Croatia with a degree from the Faculty of Graphic Arts in Zagreb and over 15 years of professional experience in the creative industry. Drawing and visual expression have been part of my life from an early age, and today I bring them together in projects that carry story, emotion, and purpose.
I specialize in illustration, with focus on children’s illustration, book cover design, and book layout. My creative process begins with hand-drawn sketches on paper, using various techniques which are then refined and finalized digitally.
I began my book career at Algoritam Publishing House and currently collaborate with publishers Vorto Palabra, Pssst… čitam and Morana. In addition to publishing, I create custom wall wallpapers for Walls with Souls and interior illustrations, bringing warmth and imagination into spaces.
Alongside this work, I also create jewelry and art pieces made from polymer clay under the brand Stvarčice.
Illustrating books and educational materials is a special passion of mine.

Ja sam Kristina Maslać, ilustratorica i grafička dizajnerica s diplomom Grafičkog fakulteta u Zagrebu i više od 15 godina profesionalnog iskustva u kreativnoj industriji. Crtanje i vizualno izražavanje dio su mog života od malena, a danas ih spajam u projekte koji imaju priču, emociju i svrhu.
Specijalizirana sam za ilustraciju, s posebnim naglaskom na dječju ilustraciju, dizajn naslovnica knjiga i prijelom knjiga. Proces započinjem ručnim skicama na papiru, koristeći različite tehnike koje potom obrađujem i dovršavam digitalno.
Svoju knjišku karijeru započela sam u nakladničkoj kući Algoritam, a danas surađujem s nakladnicima Vorto Palabra, Pssst… čitam i Morana. Osim izdavaštva, izrađujem i zidne tapete za Walls with souls i ilustracije za interijere, kroz koje unosim toplinu i maštu u prostor.
Uz navedeno, bavim se i izradom nakita i umjetničkih radova od polimerne gline pod brandom Stvarčice.
